Understand the project
Review the scope, schedule, jurisdiction, and responsible parties.
AV+ Permitting was established to provide construction professionals with knowledgeable, hands-on permitting and project support. Every application represents more than paperwork: it connects to a construction schedule, multiple stakeholders, and the work that needs to move forward.

Founder & President
Ambar brings over 20 years of combined experience across architectural drafting, project coordination, project and construction management, development review, and permitting.
Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), Universal Creative, and some of the nation’s leading designers, developers, and general contractors. Her background includes both local government and the private sector, giving AV+ a practical understanding of the process from both sides of the counter.
Her experience spans residential and commercial construction, hospitality, municipal work, retail, tenant improvements, multifamily projects, and capital improvements. That perspective shapes AV+ Permitting’s approach: organized communication, informed coordination, and an understanding of how permitting decisions affect the overall project lifecycle.
Bilingual in English and Spanish and commissioned as a Florida Notary Public, Ambar founded AV+ Permitting to provide dependable, responsive support for professionals managing individual permits or entire project portfolios.
“Every project has blueprints, but it takes a team to bring them to life. I’m proud to be part of that team - helping navigate the permitting process, connect the right people, and keep your vision moving forward.”
Two careers that meet at the permit counter, which is where projects most often stall.
Municipal development review and permitting: how applications are read, what reviewers look for, and why comments are issued.
Architectural drafting, project coordination, and project and construction management: how schedules, crews and stakeholders depend on approvals.
Three habits applied to every permit, from a single application to a multi-jurisdiction portfolio.
Review the scope, schedule, jurisdiction, and responsible parties.
Identify the submission pathway, needed documents, and review milestones.
Track next steps, communicate changes, and support the process through closeout.
Whether the need is a single permit, a developing project, or ongoing portfolio management, the next step begins with a conversation.
